Here are the forms and instructions for the Simple IRA plan that is offered by Spligitty Fiber Optic Services Inc.  If you have been with Spligitty for 90 days, you are eligible for this program.  If you elect to join, Spligitty will match your contribution up to a maximum of 3% of your salary.
